The property was beautiful! Very inviting and warm. So very comfortable and easy to feel at home, relaxed! The whole atmosphere just felt good. Better than good! Sylvia was wonderful! She felt like a long time friend that we bonded with! It was a joy to see her in the morning and thru out the day! She relieved all anxiety and felt like a true friend. And she is brilliant regarding the hotel wines!! I miss her already! And chef is fabulous! I have to eat gluten free and there were several breakfast items I could eat that were tasty, filling, and deeeelish!! The afternoon socials were wonderful! We so enjoyed the time with such tasty snacks and beverages, love sitting in the lobby/lounge area with other travelers This was our first time here and we hope to return. The staff were amazing! Sylvia made us feel like friends that she welcomed in to her home. Chef fed us as if we were special guests! Housekeeping actually cleans your room every day without even asking for service- and they even brought us additional towels within minutes of asking if it was possible for more! God bless everyone!!

The hotel is situated from 45 minutes drive from LAX airport, 30 minutes drive from disneyland and Ontarion Fashion outlets. Walmart, Ross and TJ Max are also 5 minutes drive. Many Indian/Pakistani restaurants are nearby. Very kind and friendly staff especially I am grateful to Sarah who treated us like a family member. Buffet breakfast and free parking forced us to extend our stay for many days.

By far, this was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel, me and my fiance has stayed at. During COVID we took advantage of the low prices and stayed at different hotels and Ayres Suites Diamond Bar was amazing! The minute I walked into the lobby it was nice, jazz music playing, and after checking in they told me every night they have reception hour, free wine, beer and drinks, and food. That initially impressed me, went to the room, and my god, lol it was really really nice, spacious, nice view and most importantly it was clean and smelled clean also.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful,. A special shout out to Christy, Danielle and Sylvia! All three went out of their way to make sure our stay was.perfect! Housekeeping was fantastic and people working the kitchen were amazing! Ayres Suites in Diamond Bar is an excellent place to stay and I highly recommend it!

The staff member that checked us in was very friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The tub was pretty deep, which would be great for soaking, but it was a little harder for my little ones to get in and out of. Breakfast was decent with cereal options, eggs, potatoes, sausage, and breads. The Belgium waffle station is always a hit with my kids.

It was immaculate, quiet. Always someone friendly and helpful behind the front desk 24/7. ·loved how you go the extra mile and offered wine and snacks in front of a cozy fireplace every afternoon. While u had places to go, I. Noticed several of your guests participating.

The room was roomy and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Asked them which floor would be best and immediately suggested the top floor so no one is above my room. Self-service laundry is good, even thought it was a bit on the expensive side. There are resturants and shopping plaza surrounding the area, did not have to drive far to grab a bite. Even thought the room is facing the freeway, I didn't hear any traffic noise.

Simple but good enough breakfast is served everyday. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. It is close to highway and you can get to Target and Walmart in minutes (driving).
